Raw, unfiltered and with mother. Our ACV is made with whole apples from the Kumaon region of the Himalayan foothills – a good balance of tart and sweet which lends it a unique flavour. We do not use any yeasts for the fermentation process. We allow the naturally existing bacteria on the skins of apples to slowly ferment into vinegar.
Ingredients: Raw apple cider vinegar made from whole apples with mother.
How to Use:
1. A 30ml shot with some warm water for the cold winter ideally first thing in the morning with some honey.
2. In all sorts of cooking, salads and the like.
