How to Use:
- Heat 200 ml water.
- Add 2 grams of tea to the hot water.
- Infuse for 4 minutes.
- Strain & sip.

Green Tea: It is high in anti-oxidant properties and polyphenol; It also helps to lower cholesterol & stimulates immune system. Green tea contains polyphenols, which include flavanols, flavandiols, flavonoids, and phenolic acids. Most of the green tea polyphenols are flavonols, commonly known as catechins. Catechins are antioxidants that fight and may even prevent cell damage. Green tea is not processed much before it is poured in your cup, so it's rich in catechins. This helps to lower cholesterol and blood sugar. It also plays an important part to reduce the risk of several chronic diseases, including prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
Moringa: It is called the Miracle Tree and is one of the super foods. Traditionally, in Ayurveda, it has been used as medicine. Moringa is packed with more vitamin C than oranges and has more potassium than bananas. Studies show that insulin like proteins that can be found in moringa may help to lower blood sugar. It may also help reduce fluid swelling. It filters the blood and helps to metabolize fat. It is rich in antioxidants which further helps to fight free radicals.
Black Pepper: Black Pepper, which comes from the Sanskrit word pippali, was once known as black gold. It is an important healthy food because of its antioxidant, and antimicrobial potential. Piperine that is the key alkaloid components of Piper Nigrum, assists in cognitive brain functioning and also boosts the absorption of nutrients and improve gastrointestinal functionality. The king of spice helps in digestion and works against cold and cough. It has anti-inflammatory properties. With turmeric it helps to extenuate the effects of Curcumin.
Turmeric: It has been used in India for thousands of years as spice and as medicine. Curcumin is the main active ingredient or compound with medicinal properties. It is a powerful anti-inflammatory.
