SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping across India on orders above Rs.1,500. The shipping cost for an order under Rs.1,500 is charged at Rs.120. In case of additional payment for shipping, the amount will be included in the final price.
2. Delivery: We usually dispatch orders within 4-6 business days of receipt of order. In the case of situations beyond our control as in the present COVID time, the shipments can further be delayed but we ensure the delivery will be carried out at the earliest. We operate during standard business hours, except on national holidays. However, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3. Out Of Stock: In case we are unable to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
4. Cancellations: If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
