Bihari or Bhojpuri cuisine is popular in UP, Jharkhand, and Orissa and is heavily influenced by Mughalai, Bengali, and Awadhi style of cooking. Although predominantly vegetarian, Bhojpuri cuisine is known for its unique flavors and protein-rich dishes made from peas, chickpeas and gram flour.

Our spice mix consists of cumin, coriander, red chilli, among others, which are pounded by hand for the perfect feel and taste. With Graminway’s Bhojpuri Masala you can easily try out some of the special dishes in the cuisine like litti chokha, khichdi, kebabs, or kadhi.
1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee or oil in a cooking pot. Add Jeera to it.
2. Add the vegetable of your choice and 1 teaspoon of Graminway Bhojpuri Masala. Saute on medium flame.
3. Close the lid and cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.
4. Serve with Roti or Chapati.
