The Fiddlehead fern locally known as “Lingri” used in our pickles is gathered from the hills of Himachal. These ferns are young, tender and tightly curled with firm shoots. They grow on damp forest floors near small streams. Our gatherers collect them for you and prepare this delicious pickle with minimal use of oil.
Fiddle head fern has anti- inflammatory properties, it is good for bones and eyes, enhances immunity.
